We are one of the top commercial van upfitters in the Seattle, WA area. Our showroom at our facility showcases the very best van storage and racking solutions from our vendors, as well as specialty equipment and racking solutions that are manufactured in-house.

Al Van Equip NW Inc is pleased to provide quality van and truck equipment for the trades in the Puget Sound Region in the King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties and beyond. One of its senior founders, John Gracey has been with the company since it was started in 2005. John is currently serving the company as its finance officer.

Allen Firle is the General Manager of Al Van Equip Northwest. Allen started his career with Al Van in July of 2016 as the Operation Manager. He was promoted to the GM role in July of 2019. “Our moto at Al Van Equip is every Tradesman gets an upfit to meet their individual needs. We pride ourselves in exceeding our customers expectations on every interaction.”
Nate Gracey is the Operations Manager here at Al-Van Equip NW. When he is not busy at work you can find Nate working on a home improvement or some sort of vehicle of his own. “I love to drive and ride anything with wheels, powered or not.”
Matt Gracey is a Vehicle Upfit Consultant & Outside Sales. He is passionate about work vans and all the upfitting solutions that can make your life easier and help reduce the struggle.
Experienced purchasing and scheduling professional known for building strong relationships with both vendors and customers alike.
Randy’s first job was in carpentry and started with Al Van as an installer in 2015. He is presently an Inside Sales Manager – if you’re wanting to put together a complex van upfit, give him a try! Outside of work, he likes to head for the mountains or maybe the ocean, with his wife. Also, still has a weakness for tools.
Kevin Norton has been with AlVan Equip since 2018, as Inside Sales. Enjoys connecting with people and providing up-fit solutions to minimize downtime in the work field! When not at work, he spends his time with his family in the great outdoors.
