Shipping And Returns Policy

Our goal is for you, our customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We know you have many choices for your upfitting needs and we appreciate your business. Although there are some stipulations to our return policy, if you are anything less than completely satisfied, please contact us. We will do everything we can to make it right! Thank you for your business.

  1. Price and Payment: Please pay for your order in the manner you selected when placing your order.
  2. Our contract with you: We will provide you with the product you ordered. Sometimes our images may not be exactly what you receive, as manufacturers update products, but you will receive the product you ordered.
  3. Delivery: We will deliver your purchased products as quickly as possible but cannot be held liable for 3rd party delays from shippers.
  4. Cancellations: Contact our sales department. We will help you with the process.
  5. Defective Products: Contact us. If it’s defective, we will replace it at our expense.

Explanation of Shipping Charges:

Any orders over $2000 (before taxes) qualify for Free Shipping to commercial shipping addresses. Residential shipping addresses will incur a $100 residential freight charge.

Commercial Address

This is for addresses with a loading dock and / or forklift. Cannot be a residence, but doesn’t have to be your billing address. If you don’t have a commercial address, but know someone or have a friendly supplier who will let you use their dock, check the ‘Ship to a different address’ box, and fill in the fields below with their business name and address. Use your personal name so they know to call you when the shipment arrives.

Residential Address ($100)

Bad news up front: $100 residential freight charge for non-UPS shipments. This fee covers two things: delivery by appointment (the freight company will call you and arrange a time to deliver the shipment), and liftgate (to unload the shipment). Note: This will be charged regardless of order size, unless we can ship via UPS Parcel. The Good News: There are two ways around this:

  1. Ship to a commercial address. If you know someone or have a friendly supplier who will let you use their dock, check the ‘Ship to a different address’ box, and fill in the fields below with their business name and address. Use your personal name so they know to call you when the shipment arrives.
  2. Ship to the nearest freight terminal for will-call. We will locate the nearest freight terminal to you, and ship it there. When it arrives at the terminal, you will receive a call from the freight company notifying you your shipment has arrived.

So you don’t have a commercial address, but don’t want to have a tractor-trailer show up at your house? Have an apartment, and can’t receive pallets at all? Ship it to the nearest freight terminal for will-call. We will locate the nearest freight terminal to you, and ship it there. When it arrives at the terminal, the freight company will give you a call, notifying you that your shipment has arrived.

Pick up at Al Van (Local Pickup Option)

I want to go to Al Van Equip to pick up my product! We’re located just south of the SeaTac International Airport, at 19050 13th Place South, in SeaTac, Washington. Normally, this is for those that live in the Pacific Northwest, however, if you’re shopping on here, you probably have a van. Roadtrip!
